Parts
Only Genuine Subaru parts will be used, this includes:Timing belts, auxilliary belts, brake discs and brake pads unless the customer specifies otherwise.
Valeting
It is company policy that the customers car will be washed (with the use of a pressure washer) and vacuumed after any major work has been undertaken (including service work) Although cars are washed with a pressure washer, great care and attention is payed to carefull use around imperfections in the paintwork. If the customer does not wish for any part of this cleaning process then please make a member of staff aware. The use of specialist wheel cleaning and bug removing products is to be expected.
Fluids
Unless otherwise specified, the following lubrication / fluids will be used:
Engine oil: Silkolene 15W50 Pro 'R' Ester Synthetic
Gearbox Oil: Silkolene 75w90 Syn5 fully synthetic gear oil
Differential Oil: Silkolene 75w90 Syn5 fully synthetic
Brake fluid: Dot 5.1
Sundries
- The sundries charge relates to valeting products, screen wash and specialist lubricants etc.
- Owners manuals are available on request, and cost £9.95.
